Yes. MyGig is a registered Digital Service Provider (DSP) with the ATO, lodging Single Touch Payroll directly from its own payroll system. Every pay run reports to the ATO as it happens rather than being exported to a third-party bureau, which is what lets pay, PAYG withholding and reporting land on the same day the shift is worked.

Superannuation is remitted at 12% on ordinary time earnings, and because payroll runs daily rather than weekly or fortnightly, contributions move with the pay instead of waiting for a quarter to close. That is 365 contribution cycles a year against the four a quarterly cycle produces, so the payday super obligation is met by how the system already runs rather than by a change to it.

Both, in-house. The payroll system runs daily pay runs with automated payouts, so workers are paid the day after every shift. The award-interpretation engine maps 118 Modern Awards and prices each hour against the correct classification, applying casual loading, penalties and overtime, and citing the award clause on the estimate, the invoice and the payslip.
